Germán Andrés Ortega

Managing Partner

Managing Partner and external legal manager for companies through the firm’s Legal BPO model. His practice brings together commercial law, corporate governance and risk management. He leads Marín Ortega’s technology practice and teaches criminal law and the application of artificial intelligence to legal work.

Nicolás Marín

Co-founder

His practice focuses on litigation, contract management and public procurement, with a strong emphasis on construction and infrastructure. He advises companies on civil and commercial disputes and their dealings with the State. He teaches Criminal Evidence Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana.
