Nicolás Marín

Nicolás holds a law degree and a postgraduate specialisation in Contract Law from Universidad del Rosario. His practice has a strong focus on construction and infrastructure, advising companies on contract management, litigation and their relationships with public entities.

He has experience in civil and commercial litigation, including enforcement and declaratory proceedings, contractual disputes and non-contractual liability, before the ordinary and administrative courts. He leads litigation matters and advises companies facing complex legal situations.

In public procurement, he advises on tender procedures, bid preparation, contract performance and disputes with the State. His work connects contractual analysis with the needs of construction and infrastructure projects.

He teaches Criminal Evidence Law at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana. He holds certifications in PTEE and SAGRILAFT and has training to act as a compliance officer.
