Lawyer with an emphasis on Political Science and International Relations, with additional training in Employment Law, Constitutional Law, insolvency proceedings for non-trading individuals and Transitional Justice. Her practice focuses on litigation and legal advice on consumer protection, healthcare law and corporate law.

She has experience managing and monitoring court proceedings and constitutional actions, as well as preparing appeals and legal responses to external oversight authorities to protect her clients’ interests. She also provides support on contractual and employment matters, including employment disciplinary proceedings. Her experience includes supporting proceedings to restore the rights of children and adolescents at the Colombian Family Welfare Institute (ICBF).
