Camila Gutiérrez

Camila has experience supporting businesses on corporate, commercial, compliance and intellectual property matters. Her work focuses on responding promptly to the legal needs arising in day-to-day business operations, with particular emphasis on preventing risk.

She supports organisations with company formation and amendments to corporate bylaws, drafting and reviewing commercial contracts, implementing compliance programmes and protecting intangible assets, including trademark registration and protection. She also helps identify legal options when issues affect clients’ operations, anticipating risks and proposing courses of action tailored to each business.

She is a member of the Rafael H. Gamboa Procedural Law Research Group at Pontificia Universidad Javeriana, where she deepens her study of Colombian procedural law.

Her work takes a practical approach grounded in an understanding of each business, translating regulatory requirements into clear, concrete solutions that support business decision-making.
