Germán Andrés Ortega

Germán is a lawyer from the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana with an emphasis on human rights, social justice and criminal law.

He has completed different courses and diplomas in criminal and commercial matters. He was director of the Business Criminal Law Seedbed at his university and monitor of different subjects in the Department of Criminal Law and the Department of Private Law.

He currently attends as a guest the classes of Special Criminal Law 1 and 2 of the Pontificia Universidad Javeriana of Bogotá.

He worked for several years in a renowned criminal law firm and has subsequently worked as a lawyer for different clients in commercial and civil matters.

Additionally, he is legal advisor to different foundations that seek to protect the most vulnerable populations.
